Crochet.guide connects step-by-step stitch lessons with practical yarn, hook and project planning. The lessons use US terminology and show the UK equivalent so a familiar name does not lead to the wrong stitch.
Useful choices
Choose yarn and hooks for the fabric and project you want to make. A comfortable handle, suitable yarn care and enough yardage matter more than a long shopping list. Our calculators show their assumptions and do not replace a washed swatch.
How the site is made
Crochet.guide publishes original instructional text and drawings with reference material from the Craft Yarn Council and product manufacturers. We don’t test products by hand, and we don’t pretend to: there is no made-up teacher behind the lessons. Our methodology page explains how we choose what to recommend.
